Adonis Grooming's new website was launched last week and has already surpassed the customer's expectations.

The previous website was built around the e-commerce solution Magento and functioned fine but wasn't a perfect fit for Adonis Grooming. They didn't use 90% of the features built into the system and bespoke feature they required were not an option. The daily maintenance of the website was a chore and routine actions such as fulfilling orders, adding tracking codes, handling Irish and UK orders and printing invoices took far too long. The site was getting orders but Adonis Grooming was convinced the site was underperforming.

Our solution was to integrate our e-commerce solution but build a bespoke front-end design and add in bespoke back office tools that would be a perfect match to their processes. We sat with the client over several meetings and the result is a system that is 90% more efficient that the previous one and first week's sales have doubled.

Our work with Adonis Grooming is not over as we are proactively working with them on marketing the website through email marketing, SEO, Social Networking and Adwords Campaigns.
