It’ll come as no surprise to hear that we are closing the office down to customers and some support services will be changed to help us get through this difficult time and keep staff and customers safe.
Rather than use our phone number the best way to contact us is through email.
For support the best email address is firstname.lastname@example.org – emailing this address will create a support ticket and so if you use it for the first time you’ll receive an email back asking you to create an account. We recommend that you do this (you’ll only have to do it once) as then you’ll be able to login to support and track your support ticket and answer any follow up questions.
For any other enquiries email email@example.com and a member of staff will get back you as quickly as possible.
Virtual meetings and training sessions can be arrange via Zoom.
